Frequently asked questions for SDG7
General information
The event will take place at Titaan – Saturnusstraat 95, The Hague, The Netherlands.
The nearest airport is Schiphol International Airport. A train will take you to The Hague Central Station in 30 minutes. Trains leave every 15 minutes from Schiphol Plaza.
From The Hague Central Station it is a 40-minute walk to the venue. You can take bus 28 (direction Voorburg) and bus 26 (direction Kijkduin) from the Central Station. The bus ride takes about 7 minutes. Your exit is Saturnusstraat. From there, it is a short walk to the event venue. You can plan your route via 9292.ov.
The event takes place on 12 and 13 October 2026.
On Monday 12 October registration starts at 8.30. The event starts at 9:00 and ends at 19:00 CET.
On Tuesday the event starts at 9:30. The plenary session ends at 15:30.

The programme includes a plenary opening, several break-out sessions, lunch and a reception with networking possibilities.
The event will be held in English. There is no simultaneous translation available in a different language.

Food & Diet
Lunch is included on both days. On 12 October drinks and dinner bites are served. On 13 October the programme ends with drinks.
Yes, you can indicate your dietary requirements when you register for the event. A wide range of vegetarian options will be available during all catering moments.
Yes, tap water is drinkable.
Language & Culture
The event will be held in English. There is no simultaneous translation available in a different language.
The dresscode is business casual.

RVO will prepare a write-up of the different sessions. This document will be shared with all the participants via email after the event.
