We encourage participants to attend the event in person whenever possible. Attending on-site offers valuable opportunities to network with other participants and to engage with RVO advisors and policy makers.

For participants joining from abroad or those who are not able to attend in person, a live stream will be available. The live stream offers translation from English into French. Please note that the live stream is view-only, and it is not possible to ask questions or participate in the discussions.

To ensure a balanced mix of participants, we reserve a limited number of places for each sector and a maximum of 2 participants per company/organisation for in-person attendance at the event.
