This breakout session will focus on key opportunities and developments in the region, with an emphasis on strengthening cooperation between Latin America, the Caribbean and the Netherlands.

Embassies from Ecuador, Peru and Brazil will share their vision for the future of the sector and highlight opportunities for international collaboration. In addition, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security and Nature (LVVN), Wageningen University & Research and Dutch Greenhouse Delta will address themes such as sustainable agriculture, innovation, knowledge exchange and the impact of regional developments, including Mercosur. The session will provide participants with valuable insights into market trends, partnerships and future growth opportunities in the agri-food sector.
