Latin America and the Caribbean face significant challenges and opportunities in water management and climate adaptation. This breakout session will bring together experts and ambassadors from Uruguay and Guatemala to discuss key developments in the water sector and opportunities for collaboration with Dutch research institutions and companies.

IHE Delft, EcoShape and WaterCampus Leeuwarden will present their vision for future developments in the international water sector and share insights into their activities and networks in Latin America and the Caribbean. The focus will be on innovation in water technology, knowledge development and capacity building. Participating GRULAC embassies will also share their perspectives on national priorities and opportunities for cooperation in the region.
